A very special ENERGY WORKSHOP on "The Domino Effect - Getting to there from here" - Using your energy to impact your life and the environment 19 - 20 March 2009 18:30 - 21:30 Dr Meribeth Dayme, director of The Alchemy Programmes, is a well-known authority on communication, the uses and abuses of power and energy, and is a consultant, workshop leader, speaker, and author among other things.
If you believe, as Meribeth does, that everything you think, say, and do, has a profound impact on your present AND your future, your environment, and the reaction of others around you, then you’ll want to join her for this eye opening and experiential workshop where you will explore how to use your own energy to create a work (and life) environment in which you function at your best no matter what is going on around you. The Domino Effect—Getting There from Here focuses on increasing our abilities to work with optimal clarity, focus and efficiency. The two evening sessions will ask (and answer) some of the following questions:
The first evening (19 March) will be devoted to exploring the many ways we use our power and the second evening (20 March) will address practical applications. In this current economic client, Meribeth is especially aware of the constant media emphasis on doom and gloom and low morale at work and the way in which we are vulnerable to getting caught up in it.
The author of five books, Meribeth Dayme, PhD and has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including BBC and Sky TV. She has taught and lectured throughout the United States and Europe. She produced the inspirational audio CD, Succeed.
