Presentation :"The Fine Art of Time Management"
Or should we call
it workload management? Workload management is one of the most trained and one
of the most neglected topics.
Workload
management, an essential management skill, helps people plan, organise and
collaborate optimally for increase focus and balance.
In most people's
daily reality workload management is an issue. Interruptions, emails, overdue
tasks and project plans, stress and going home late again are recurring
symptoms.
Together, we will
have a closer look at what makes people productive and effective. It's a
matter of focus and we will see which behaviours and tools contribute to best
practices.
